Return & Refund Policy

At Truetone Ink, we strive to provide high-quality natural dyes, fabrics, and textile products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photographs of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-developed colours or fabrics
  • Dyed or printed fabrics cut to customer specifications
  • Workshop registrations
  • Opened or used products
  • Bulk orders produced according to customer specifications

3. Refunds

After inspection and approval, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
